I know this is not a network issue. other projects in my organization works like charm, it's just my service desk project which is slow. Any suggestion ? I am just a new fish

this is the same, if you phone the doctor and tell him that your left leg hurts when looking through the window. Can your doctor give a diagnosis with what your told him?
