CSV import is limited

Hey everyone!!

My team has started using the Cloud version of JIRA a couple of months back. We have been extensively using it for assigning and project management. Recently I had to pull a report of the YTD work completed in this fiscal. I tried pulling the report in csv format but only 1000 entries could be pulled. I tried to narrow my search and pull the report in batches but then I have do do a lot of data massaging to get all the report in correctly.

 

Is there a way to remove the restriction on the number of rows that can be downloaded using a CSV import.

Dear @Sana Shams,

this is the maxResult limit, that is even valid for Jira Server. This parameter can be overwritten, but with caution. It can have massive influence on the performance of the system.

To change this for Cloud, you have to create a request - if they agree to increase.
