I want to display version comment texbox on create new page, similar with edit page.
How can I do that? I'm using Atlassian SDK newest version.

I don't think it is possible to add a comment on the V1, as this is the initial creation of the page.
I think the best workaround for you is to publish the page with only the title, and from then, you can add a comment about what is changed if you want.
