I would like to filter out bugs that when back to programmers

mean Status change from - "Ready For QA" to "TO DO"

I can look for status = "TO DO"

but I don't know how to see if the status was change from "ready for QA"

I think your JQL query must look like this

status changed from "Ready For QA" to "TO DO"
