I am trying to add my team members on JIRA. I get a confirmation message saying that the invitation has been sent to the user but it is never received by the user. I tested the same adding another email ID of mine to send the invitation but i didn't get the invite.
Could you check that your outgoing mail is enabled? You can find more info here:
