Can't find the Label icon on Create Template page

I need to add a Label to my custom created Template, however the icon is not there. Please advise. I am using Confluence Cloud

Here is what I have around the title - the Label icon is not there as it is for regular pages.

This was a bug that has since been fixed:

Could you confirm if you're still having the issue on your instance?
