Is it possbile to predefine labels that can be used exclusively and which will be suggested?

Is it possible to predefine labels that can be used in a space, to prevent for example similar labels with slightly different spelling?

Is it possible to configure the label entry with suggestions of labels there where already used/ which are predefined (if possible?)
