How to log in Jira for the first time

I was downloaded Jira in my iPad and really want to use it as soon, but I never can to login with my account. SOmebody want to assisst me to start it, please?

Rinald,

First you need to create an atlassian cloud account to setup your jira site, then you create the users for that site and finally you can access the site with any user created.
