Cannot see the navigation pane in Jiira

Hi

In your previous version I was able t use Jiira smoothly.

With the new update I can log-in. But I cannot see the navigation bar. That is not appearing for me.

I am given with a log-in for a Jiira users authority level.

Please help me to resolve this.

I just try with Firefox with clearing browser cache, still cannot see.

Hi,

The new bar is a sidebar which should be located on the left part of the screen. Usually when users can't see it, it's a cache issue which can be fixed by clearing your cache. Have you tried it? Can you also try in another browser?
