Jira "This site is already taken"

Dan Gale ADMIN

I've been tasked with setting up Jira for my agency using the URL hbtagency.atlassian.net

We use this for BitBucket and SourceTree with no issue. Currently unable to use it to setup Jira though. I've been told Jira was used here in the past but hasn't been used in a while.

Any thoughts?
