Applying countdown timer for a particular issue for some particular user/group.

Hi,

We want to apply countdown timer for a particular issue for some particular user/group. It means they should be able to see the particular issue for some defined time given by us and it will show the timer that you have x hrs left for the issue update.
Please let us know if there is way to do it.

Hello,

I guess what you need is SLA functuinality. There is SLA functionality in Jira Service Desk. If you do not have Jira Service Desk then look for SLA plugins in the marketplace.
