JIRA: Returning only specific fields during a search of all issues

I've written a specific search within JIRA to capture the issues that I am interested in. Now, I want to export the result. However, I don't want "All Fields" or "Current Fields". I want to be able to specify exactly what fields I want to be included in this export. How do I do that?

The "current fields" is the usual route to this.  Customise the filter columns  (or a copy of the filter) so that it shows you what you want to export.

Most people would not find an export that useful when it includes and/or drops fields they were not aware of on the filter display.
