Is there a way to derive excel reports automatically and scedule?
What do you mean by Excel Reports? If you mean to extract issues to Excel then you can use Xporter plugin

The plugin has API. You can make a service either in Jira or OS or anywhere you like and use the API to extract issues to Excel format
I mean with Search For Issues option or project's reports
It works for Issues (Search For Issues).
As i understand it can export automatically only by email?
