How can I calculate statistics about issues which were moved from "done" back to "selected for development" or back to "in progress" during a specific time-period?

status changed from done to "selected for development" during ("2017-12-01 10:00","2017-12-02 10:00")

You can enter this query in the Issue Navigator and see the results. You can create a filter from the query and use the filter in the Jira gadgets
The issue navigator is in Issues > Search for issues.
You will have to click on Advanced Search in order to paste that JQL.
