Bitcket, CRM and Helpdeskback up

Question

Dear Team,

I have a few queries regarding back up.

I have integrated help-desk and  CRM applications in Jira. I would like to know, i want to take a daily back up of these services. I am able to get the daily backup for Jira, but am not sure about Helpdesk and CRM. Please do help me here.

About BitBucket.

For JIRA you can check the documentation JIRA Backing up data

For Bitbucket we have 3 approaches:

* Backup client - very easy to set up but require downtime for the whole procedure
* DIY Backup scripts - scripting skills required for setting up, average downtime required 
* Zero-downtime backup - scripting skills + special storage and the database technologies required, back up without downtime.
