Which exact oracle versions are supported with jira sw 7.6.0 (12.1, only with 12.2,…)?
Oracle 12C is the supported version. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/supported-platforms-938846830.html
I seem to recall a number of problems that related to using drivers for 12.2.0.1 and 12.2.0.2 in j.a.c so test carefully
