Where did the browse a project's labels screen go?

Question

The page to see a project's labels doesn't seem to be there anymore even though support docs says something like this is there

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira061/jira-user-s-guide/browsing-a-project/browsing-a-project-s-labels
