|unable to add Perforce Repository to FishEye

I am trying to add a Perforce repository to FishEye server:

using same parameters and same user/password in P4V client I success to connect the repository

In FishEye I get: Perforce client error: TCP receive failed. read: socket: WSAECONNRESET
