Hi,
I am trying to create a new workflow but I can only see the option to choose from existing workflow or from Atlassian Marketplace. Please see the attached screenshot.
If you follow the "add existing", you should land on a screen that includes an "add new workflow" option.
I still don't see that option even in "add existing"
This suggests that you don't have admin rights in the system. Could you check that?
