Is there an way we can flag a story/issue while updating the story during sprint so that other also come to know and can see the changes. There is already an option "to flag and add comment" when someone is having a question. But, I'm particularly asking of any other flag for let others know that the story has updated?

Hello,

Suppose you could write a listener which would mark a custom field in an issue that was updated. But on what event would you unmark the flag? You would have to unmark it for each user who saw already the changes. I think notifications should be enough for this task. Each user recieves a email that the issue was updated. Otherwise It would be too much logic to implement.
