When we flag an issue to identify as an impediment and un-flag it after the impediment is resolved, is there a way to query for the list of all the impediments that have been resolved or list of all the item which have been un-flagged. Thanks
If I understand correctly, the flag is a custom field and since Jira does not support history search on custom fields, the answer is no. You can not do it.
