can jira export be customised

Question

Can JIRA export be customised with the below enhancements?

* Add a blank row each before the header row and after the last row of record. It will allow users to insert a pivot table through single click by placing the cursor in the left most column of  header row.
* Enable filter on the header row by default.

Midori · Answer

You can create custom Excel reports, even Pivot Tables with the Better Excel Plugin. There is no comparable feature in the built-in Excel export feature.

You'll need to amend the code that produces the export to include the functions you want to add.
