We have JIRA hosted on our server. JIRA is configured to use our Mandrill mail server. We can send test e-mails, but when inviting users an e-mail is not sent - what do we need to do?

Hi Shubash,
I recommend that you add the Jira email logging protocol. This way, once you apply and restart Jira, you can see what's happening to those missing emails.

Thank you for letting me know. When you said you had set up email configuration already I incorrectly assigned that meant outgoing email was on. But that indeed would have been the issue!
