Attempting to create a confluence page and trying to insert Draw.io Diagram but preventing from creating one?

One quick question. If I create a page in Confluence, the option to delete it after publishing is not available? I have a duplicate page that I want to delete, could I delete?
It means your admin doesn't grant you delete permissions in this Space.
