Can't create subtasks for a story

Question

I can't create Subtasks anymore. I definitely could in the past. We have 2xx subtasks in the system.

I did an update a few weeks ago. Maybe it stopped working then, I'm not sure.

I checked:

* Sub-Tasks are enabled
* Sub-Tasks are part of the project
* I have the right to create issues (I can create all the other issues)

Update: I just saw that I can create Subtask from the "More" button. But why is the "+" button gone?

You will get the '+' sign after the first subtask is created. It is part of the subtask panel which appears only if there is at-least one subtask.

Create the first one using the issue operation under 'More'.
