Can Tempo Time Sheets help?

I have some questions about tempo time sheets. Right now we just use the time tracking gidget on JIRA but it's not very helpful. Here are a few things we would like to see (as a table and/or graphically):

1. Show total effort expended to date (by user and project)
2. Comparison of scheduled hours and hours worked per project by each user
3. Way to see time employees have worked for each project

These aren't all mandatory but we would like to be able to see if this is helpful for us. Any feedback is appreciated. We aren't closed off to other add-ons either

Yes and a lot more. We have been using TEMPO timesheets for years and we have over 100 projects we track time on for different business groups. We do reporting once a month. It a great tool. There is also the Planner as well that helps plan out your month.
