Attachment Maximum Size 1,000.00 MB
Allows you to set the maximum size for each attachment uploaded to the site.

I use api to upload files but failed from message

Where can I modify the limit size?

I guess the current limit is 120MB because I stuck in the 122MB when the break.

Looks like you're being affected by the following bug in Cloud:

JRACLOUD-67223

At this time they are working on a fix, so please watch the case in order to be updated when there is one released.
