Webhook to create issue from service desk to software

Hi I have JIRA software and service desk living on different jira platform and I would like to duplicate the certain items from service desk to software.
I am planning to use webhook for this purpose.
Any thoughts/ suggestion on whats the best way to use webhooks in this scenario?
