How to change base url if we don't have system-administrator user? Where is this settings option stored, Is it somewhere inthe configuration files or in the database? We have h2db.h2.db database

But you need to have administration permission in Confluence.
The problem is that we do not have administrator permission in Confluence.
Without an administrator, you can't change the base url. There has to be at least one.
What is the reason, why you don't have an administrator? Maybe you should solve that problem first.
You really need to have an administrator do this sort of thing.
They should probably be setting a new base url at the same time you move off the h2 database on to a proper one.
