Adding Worklog Types

Question

Hello All

We would like to add additional worklog types, such as Testing, Documentation and so forth.

Ideally you'd be able to select from a dropdown when you log work.

We are currently working on a Cloud-based version.

Are you aware of any solution that may help us?

Hi Christian,

There is an open Suggestion for this that you can find at JRASERVER-1780.  Please vote on the issue to add impact.  There are some suggested add-ons in the Marketplace you can take a look at that may be able to help you with this.  One I can think of off hand is Minyaa Time.
