Development panel not showing branches of bitbucket

Question

We have integrated JIRA server with Bitbucket cloud. We are able to create branch from development panel of task from JIRA. We successfully pushed the code in Bitbucket. We have provided the issue key in commit message also. But after creating branch and pushing code, We are not able to see branch under development panel of JIRA. We are using JIRA6.1.3. and Bitbucket cloud. Are we doing anything wrong?

I am using updated JIRA server v7.13.0, also not displaying branch and pull request in development section

Honestly, 6.1 is too old to remember :)  You might want to check the release notes to be sure!

I got to know that our Jira version 6.1 will not show branches details in development panel. Is it true?

If yes, Is there any alternate way to see commit details in JIRA?
