Jira Log scan error: We couldn't run the log analyzer

Hello,

I got a problem with Jira Support tool. When I try to access to the section Support tools -> Log analyzer, I get error: "We couldn't run the log analyzer"

Immediately, in Jira log I get the following:

I didn't find any resolution about it. Could you help me ?

I am seeing this issue with Bamboo 6.0.3 as well:

2017-08-04 15:40:59,009 INFO [hercules] [LogScanTask] Scan failed: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure
