Is Testlink compatible JIRA Cloud? I have been told that it will not work in cloud based JIRA.
If it can talk to JIRA over a REST interface, then yes, it can. If you're looking for a Testlink addon to JIRA, then no, because you can't install it on Cloud Jira.
