How to change the maximum size of incoming email in JIRA Cloud

Hello,

we received a mail larger than allowed size limit for incoming mails.

The following message is shown:

The incoming email size (14596668 bytes) exceeds the maximum allowed message size (10485760 bytes).

How can can I change the allowed message size?

I have already changed the size of allowed attachment size to 40 MB, but this doesn't helped.

Same issue, files with attachments are not being processed over secure pop as they exceed the maximum allowed message size (despite the attachments being smaller than the set attachment limit).
