Original Time Estimate as default Estimation Statistic

Hi. Has anyone figured out a way to default all new boards to have Original Time Estimate as default Estimation Statistic?

For better or worse are trying to standarize on Orginal Time Estimates.

default estimation is story point. Unfortunately you can't change that setting.
