In my dashboard, I have a Task where every teammate can log management activities like Sprint Planning meetings, StandUp, etc. For example in a Spring Planning Meeting we are everyone, so actually, every teammate has to log the same Planning Metting to achieve see this time in his timesheet.
In order to avoid log the same activity/description within this Task for each teammate, Jira has an option to do mentions or something like that to log only one activity/description and each teammate has the same time work log in our timesheets?
