JIRA Software Cloud integration with Confluence Server

My company has an in-house hosted Confluence Server without JIRA. Another department has a JIRA software Cloud instance. Is it possbile to integrate JIRA software Cloud to Confluence server?

If it can be done could you provide details and links to relevant documentation.
