Within a ticket on a kanban board I want to be able to track the amount of time a story is blocked.
My idea is to have a flag to be marked as Blocked.
When it is ticked, it checks a field - if the field contains a date, it caluclates time between today and the date in the field and adds that to another field "Total Blocked Time" and adds 1 to the field "Total Count Blocked".
If the field is empty it adds todays date to the box to be used above.
I cannot find a plug in that does this - can anyone assist?
I nice to have would be to have a way to capture the blocked reason for running reports on frequency of blocking reasons.
