Create workflow for send email every X minutes to users when worker take long time to process state

Hello All,

   I am new for jira and jira cloud (now I uses jira cloud version). I have a question about workflow creation. I have 3 states( state Open, state A and state Closed).

- I wish to create condition/post function/validator on workflow for sending email to my users every 20 minute when workers spent a long time to process job of state A. 

email message = "You request on processing. Please wait.."

Would you mind to let me now how I can create workflow as my describe above.

That is not what workflow is for.  Workflow is for changes of status of issue, not reminders.

What you should do is set up filter that finds all the issues you want to tell people about and then subscribe your users to that filter.
