Time sheet overview report for all projects

Question

I have several projects where developers register hours. When i want a time sheet report per projects, this works fine, but when i put the Project filter on "All Project" i get an empty report.

My goal is to have an overview report of all hours of all users. Grouped by user and by project.

Can someone help me with this?

If you are still looking, you can check out eazyBI report creation plugin for JIRA.

With eazyBI you can create custom reports based on JIRA data. See an example report of hours spent by user where you can select if you wish to see All projects or different project filter.

Bump. I would also like to run a filter on "All Projects" the option is in the drop box but results in a blank report.
