i have the problem, that i cant find these button (show in the picture wright.png i see the button, and wrong.png i cant see).
We use the JIRA Version 5.2

I think you need to be on a more recent version of JIRA to get them.
But why i see the button in the other project?

I think where the button is missing, the issue types in the project are all allocated already
The idea is not bad, but in both projects are all issue types allocated.
