How can I enable the Onboarding Tutorial for JIRA v7?

Hi,

i'd like to enable the onboarding feature for JIRA v7. My company is upgrading from v6 to v7.2.3 and I've seen a kind of tutorial which shows the new features. But it is not available any more.

Why? Thanks in advance.
