Can programatically created links bypass scheme restrictions?

Ie. if I disable "Blocks" for a project, but a certain transition creates it in a ScriptRunner post-function - will that work?

Hi Alan,

yes, you are right. You can set particular priority programatically (using ScriptRunner for example) which is disabled (not visible for a user on create/edit screen).
