How can I view tasks of a Released Version (i.e. TaskBoard view of a released Version / Sprint)

Question

Once the version (Sprint) is released, I want to see what was the content of that version. I need to get statistics from certain stories / tasks. Questions to answer are: How much time was spent on Topic in Version ?; Which tasks were done, which were carried over to the next version? -- It all seems to work in the task-board, and the planning board, but once the version is released, it's gone. I don't know the answer to this question, but I am definitely interested in getting the same type of information out of GreenHopper. Were you able to figure out how to get this information?

I'm digging into the _JQL-Query-Language by now...

Also: Which tasks / Stories were carried over for now <x> Sprints?
