Jira service desk russian language

Question

Hello!

1)  We use JIRA service desk 2.5.9 in English language - is there language pack for service desk only?

or can it be localized together with JIRA only?

2) If we will upgrade it to JIRA Service desk 3.0 - is there language pack for it?

This helped to translate Service desk,

but I cant use Russian symbols in "Request name" field - it shows only question marks instead

This will then allow you to select your version. You can also submit suggestions for better translations on this site.
