The value of Resolved to Closed KPI is wrong

Question

We are using the JIRA Enhancer plugin for defect management purpose.In Time between field We have set KPI as a Resolved_to_Closed custom field. While doing the defect analysis we observed following for some defects;

* The Resolved to Close is -124 hrs this value cannot be correct.
* The value of Resolved to Closed KPI is wrong. its coming 149 hrs whereas it should come around 87 hrs
* Why it is showing negative value?

Please let me know why this is coming up?
