I am evaluating JIRA Software Server installation on a Ubuntu server (16.04 LTS) with MySQL server (5.6) using latest JDBC MySQL Connector (5.1.39) and I am trying to import Bugzilla tickets from our current server without any success. I manage to successfully connect to the MySQL database of Bugzilla using the wizard and after following all the steps and mapping all the necessary fields, I reach the last step to begin the import but it fails with a blank screen. There is no import done at the end. Our server has 8 GB of RAM and enough disk space available.

Can anyone help or let me know what log file should I need to check in order to troubleshoot this issue?
