How create a report count issues shared and count comments in JIRA?

Is possible to count how many issues was shared in JIRA ?

Also, is possible to count how many comments was done ?

Maybe exist a report to show this in information in the dashboard, let me know anycase.

Sure, Yes I mean using the button Shared by emailling

Is possible to count how many times this page/issue was shared ?
Also, count how many comments per page or in a issue was done.

Please clarify what you mean by "shared".  Do you mean for how many issues was the "Share this issue by email" button used?  For shared & comments, are you looking for a single total number based on a project or set of issues defined by a JIRA filter?

It would help if you could provide some further details on your use case.
