Can't select (Tempo) account field in bulk edit screen in Chrome

Question

We've got Tempo Timesheets, when I bulk edits issues in a project, it never populates the Accounts drop down. It just "spins" but never completes so the drop down doesn't appear.

When I switch to FF it works fine.

We recreated this behavior on a Windows machine (i'm on a Mac). Chrome didn't work, but IE did.
