Importing OnDemand trial into OnDemand

Hello Atlassian.

We have been using a trial version of Jira/Greenhopper and the company bought a new OnDemand version. We would like to keep all our Greenhopper report information. Is it possible to import our current (trial) data? The new version is already in use by parallel teams.

The trial version is also OnDemand, but was ordered by another person.

It looks like you basically want to merge the trail instance with the current in use paid instance? This currently is not possible, at least not directly. In order to perform such an action, you are required to first merge both instances in a locally installed version of JIRA, create a full site backup there, and re-import that back into the target OnDemand instance.
